EGG LESS SPONGE/CHOCOLATE SPONGE


INGREDIETNS                     QTY
Milk                                       1Ltr
Oil                                          1Ltr
Sugar                                      1Kg
   Flour                                      1.1Kg
   Baking Powder                       10Gm
  Baking Soda                            10Gm

METHOD

  1.  Take a bowl add milk,oil,sugar and start whisking until sugar get dissolve completely.
  2. After that step ad baking powder, baking soda and flour ad slightly just like folding.
  3. Now pour in the mould and bake it.
  4. Temperature:- 190'c
          For Chocolate sponge
                      • Add 1 kg of flour and cocoa powder-100gm.
                         Your chocolate sponge is ready.
