MINT SHOOTER
INGREDIENTS QTY
Water 1litre
Mint Leave 6leaf
Sugar 60 gm
Black Salt 5gm
Lemon 6 No
Chaat masala A pinch
Method
1. Take the blender, add water, mint leave, sugar, lemon, chaat masala, black salt.
2. Blend it all together. After that add crushed ice.
3. Serve it in high ball glass, garnish with froth…..
Chef: Tips:- Mint leave should be light green color, small leaves.
