INGREDIENTS
WHITE BREAD
MILK
SUGAR
KHOYA
SODA
DESI GHEE




Method
1.    Just cut the edges of breads and keep aside.
2.   Now take a bowl, whisk together sugar, milk.
3.   After that grate the khoya and mix it well the liquid mixer.
4.   Now soak the breads in liquid mixer.
5.   Squeeze the excess liquid, and make it ball.
6.   Now heat the pan with desi ghee.
7.   Fry the balls in deshi ghee.
8.    Make the singer layer sugar syrup, dip the balls in this syrup.
9.    Take it out after 15 min. your homemade gulab jamun ready to eat.
10. Garnish it with chopped almonds.

Chef’s Tips:
1.       Make sure balls should be fry in low heat.
2.       Sugar syrup should be singer layer (very thin).
