Toffee Banana
This dessert has a delicious blend of textures—the brittle candy glaze and crispness of the sesame seeds, the crunch of the fried batter and finally the softened sweetness of the fruit. Apples can be substituted for bananas.

v Banana be medium sized and cut into 4 equal sizes pieces
Method:-
ü Mix all the ingredients for the batter in 100 ml of water to make a thick mixture.
ü Heat the oil in a wok.
ü Dip the bananas in the batter and deep fry over low heat until the batter is golden brown.
ü Drain.
ü Put the sugar in a separate wok.
ü Add 100 ml of water to the sugar and bring to a boil.
ü Simmer until the sugar is caramelized.
ü Add the fried bananas and toss until the sugar coats the bananas.
ü Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and toss.
ü Transfer the tossed bananas into a bowl of iced water.
ü Remove and serve.
