RAVA IDLY ( SIMPLE AND FAST)

 Ingredients
RAVA IDLY

For batter

Medium rava (Medium Sooji)  - 1 cup
curd -  1 Cup
Baking Soda- 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Grated carrot - 2 Spoon
OIl/ Ghee - 8 Spoons

For Seasoning 

Oil - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal  - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts  - few
chopped curry leaves - few


Method
1. Mix Medium rava (Medium Sooji), curd, Baking Soda ,Salt, Grated carrot, OIl/ Ghee and keep for ten   minutes

2. take 1 tsp oil in a kadai and heat in medium flame . add musturd seads, channadal, urd dal, cashew nuts and curry leaves one by one .

3. add the above seasoning to the batter and mix well.

4. Pour the batter in idly plates and steam cook for ten min ..if you are using oven cook for 5 min

5. take the idlys from the stand and serve hot with coconut chuteny.
